Who We Are
The Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) is a Department of War Field Activity that provides robust and flexible experimentation and testing capabilities to develop, acquire, field, and sustain reliable and effective weapon systems to safeguard U.S. interests, adapt to new threats, and ensure military readiness in an increasingly complex global landscape.
Working with TRMC
The TRMC is revolutionizing the way the War Department does business by taking a challenge-based acquisition approach. Through pathfinder programs such as the Multi-Service Advanced Capabilities Hypersonic Accelerator (MACH-XL) and the OSW-sponsored Drone Dominance Program, the Department invites industry to bring their most advanced capabilities to rigorous challenges culminating in contract awards for successful participants.
In parallel, the TRMC continues to solicit innovative solutions through broad area announcements, industry days, and other engagements with industry and academia.
